Let’s Join Our Hearts Together in Circle and Celebration!
There's much to celebrate including the anniversary of Jason Eftink and Amber Houston who first met in person a year ago at the Healing Circle held at Harmony. And if we all think about it, all of us have something to be grateful for- to celebrate! It could be an anniversary, a birthday, a birth, healing, etc. Please join us as we come together as our ancestors celebrated- with sacred meditation and body work, music, art, food and dancing around the fire!
Saturday, August 23rd from 4-7PM
Harmony Collective in Nashville Indiana
4-5PM: Meditation, Music and Somatic Movement
Autum Byrd will lead us in a meditation and somatic exercise while Rick Clayton and guest cellist play music designed to bring joy and gratitude into mind, body & spirit.
5-6PM: Community Prayer Flag Creation
Artist Mary Schrock will lead us in making prayer flags that will be hung outside at Harmony in commemoration of the event. Honor a loved one who has passed, send a prayer for our planet or anything your heart wants to express!
6-7PM: Food and Fellowship
And what would a celebration be without food! There will be a burrito/taco bar designed to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs. All hot items (chicken, beans, rice, etc) will be provided. If you are able, please bring one of the side items listed in this google sheet.
7PM-?: Drumming and Dancing
And stay for a fire, drumming and dancing to really get your celebration on! If you have a drum, tambourine, rattle or other instrument please bring it and join the magic.
Festivities start at 4pm. Several of us from out of town are staying at Harmony overnight. Feel free to join us inside or bring a tent and take in the beautiful stars and wildlife.
